Welding terminology was constituted and used effectively frame the previous project in 7 European countries and language. Moreover this project results have been accepted by European welding organizations. On account of these, It is appeared that the project needs to be transferred to Turkey and other partner countries.

Welding area in Turkey is very great and addresses various sectors. Our region and country is a door open to the middle east and Asia, energy networks such as petrol, nature gas, shipyards, automotive and manufacturing sectors run depending on welding area. Besides, these sectors need international labour, materials, equipment. This situation requires international skill and competences for man power and company.

As for the added value for Turkey and partner countries, constitute of superior quality worker, efficiency usage of skilled man power like Turkey with young, dynamic and experienced human resources, study of welding area in European Union countries will supply great contributions.

The project will be obtained lifelong learning training so as to encourage ongoing adaptation of skills to meet the needs of beneficiaries and undertakings, contributing to the reduction of unemployment and facilitate personal development. The project the adaptation in European Union Country to new skills will be accomplished by means of presentation of new welding solutions in the dictionary and harmonisation of the terms used within the international welding market.

Consequently, when the project is finished, collaborate opportunities will be improved by identifying skills in the welding area that are innovative and unknown to most of the target public of the project.
