The concept of valorisation adopted by the European Commission has its origins in the desire to improve that informs all its actions in the context of training systems and policies: “The process of reinforcing and optimising project results through experimentation and exploitation, with the aim of increasing their value, impact and usage, or to transfer them to vocational training systems or business practices”.
The training products to be achieved will have specific format since its objectives is to allow the user to have access to the information in a very easy and effective way the products obtained (CD-Rom and internet pages) will be developed Turkish, Romanian and Italian.
Since the support for the software very flexible, the CD-Rom will be copied and delivered according to demand of beneficiaries. Several copies will, of course, be made for the short courses. As for the internet network, obviously it can not be quantified, since every one might have and easy access to this information devices. As a training method, we will use distance training, through the open and distance learning materials.
Valorisation strategies are newspaper, presentation of proceedings in conference, public survey. In addition these, internal meeting will be done in partner organizations.
The valorisation will be carried out last four months of the project. Seminaries, conferences, web site, prints, CDs, press, TV, radio etc and effective use of the products and results (CD-Rom, webpage, and dictionary) will be determined by all partners in the meeting. Moreover, knowledge and state-of-the-art spreading in the field of ICT will be carried out by using guidance and training. This will be object of a detailed plan to be developed by the partners from every country; stages: nomination of pilot centres responsible with the guidance activity in the frame of pilot phase; setting up the dissemination plan including all the interest sectors and in need actors; monitoring the dissemination activities.
The improved product of WELDICTION-TR (translated in all the partners’ languages) will be distributed by the transnational network at regional and national level, to: individuals and institutions, specialists, counsellors, EWF members, employment organizations, universities networks, training and guidance institutions and bodies, SMEs, State Authorities, press etc. Papers and visual materials for conferences, symposia, seminars on e-learning etc will also be used for disseminating.
After the end of the project in order to make results properly disseminated and exploited, the base of financial support will be obtained from; the activities conducted and results achieved by selling CD-Rom, hardcopy of the dictionary and fee of the short course. Therefore, the project can be continued and sustained when the financial support from the LLP Programme is reduced or phased out completely.
